Luca Dall'Amico, one of the most interesting Italian basses of the new generation, was chosen by Riccardo Muti to sing Agamennon in Iphigénie en Aulide at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome. He then made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan with Pizzetti's Assassinio nella Cattedrale, followed by numerous invitations to perform in many of most prestigious festivals and opera houses worldwide, including Sejong Theater Seoul, Graz Opernhaus, Paris Teather Champs-Elyseé, Venezia Teatro La Fenice, Roma Teatro dell'Opera, Opéra Royal de Liege Wallonie.

The 2012-2013 season has started at the Ravenna Festival in November with Verdi's Rigoletto and Il Trovatore, Simon Boccanegra conducted by Muti in Rome. Other opera engagements include in January and February Il Barbiere di Siviglia and La Bohéme at the Teatro La Fenice in Venice. In March 2013 Dall'Amico sings I Due Foscari and a tribute concert to Verdi conducted by Riccardo Muti at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome. Since making his Rome debut in 2009 as Agamennon under Riccardo Muti, the Italian bass has appeared there regularly conducted by Muti, Conlon, Renzetti, Fisch. In 2011 with La Bohéme, Aida, Macbeth and in 2012 the title's role in Attila at the University La Sapienza of Rome with Riccardo Muti. In Venice at Teatro La Fenice Dall'Amico sang Britten's Death in Venice under Bruno Bartoletti, Die Zauberflöte, Roméo et Juliette, Rigoletto, La Bohème, Il Barbiere di Siviglia. He has given recitals, concerts and performed with orchestras including Orchestra Cherubini, Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto, Filarmonia Veneta, Coro e Orchestra di Vicenza. Conducted by Riccardo Muti, Luca Dall'Amico sang at the Ravenna Festival Final Concert "Le Vie dell'Amicizia 2011" in Ravenna, Piacenza, Nairobi.

Luca Dall'Amico was born in Vicenza, Italy. Graduated with honors in Trombone, Organ and Composition at the Music Conservatory in his hometown, and at the Conservatoire Superieur de Geneve is currently studying Voice with Sherman Lowe. He won at the Adami Corradetti Competition 2008. Luca sings Il viaggio a Reims at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; Macbeth, Saul, Tosca, I Lombardi alla prima crociata, La Forza del Destino at the Arena Sferisterio in Macerata; Die Zauberflöte and L'Italiana in Algeri at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza with Giovan Battista Rigon; Spontini's Li Finti Filosofi and Rigoletto at the Teatro Pergolesi in Jesi; Lucrezia Borgia, Marin Faliero and La Bohème in Sassari; Lucrezia Borgia and Marin Faliero in Bergamo and L'Italiana in Algeri in Treviso. Luca Dall'Amico is a guest at the Sejong Theatre in Seoul, where he has performed in Aida, Turandot and Così fan tutte. On the concert stage Dall'Amico sings Mozart's Requiem conducted by Giuliano Fracasso, Verdi's Messa da Requiem, Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle and Stabat Mater, Dvorak's Stabat Mater. His participations include: L'education manqué and La cambiale di matrimonio at the Wexford Opera Festival; Aida at the Caracalla's Baths in Rome; Les Vêpres Siciliennes under the baton of Gianluigi Gelmetti in Naples; Carmen and Roméo et Juliette in Verona Arena; Il Trovatore in Ravenna; Petrassi's Morte dell'aria at the Teatro Malibran in Venice; La forza del destino in Rovigo, Pisa and Modena; and La Bohème in Alicante, Bilbao, Siviglia, Le Nozze di Figaro in Ancona; Petite Messe Solennelle at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome.
