Singer/Baritone

Education:
Currently a third-year student of "Josif Marinkovic" music school in Zrenjanin, singing baritone in professor Ana Aleksic Sajrer's class. Finished education in specialized school "Milos Crnjanski" in Kikinda.



Achievements:
During his first year in "Josif Marinkovic", he won:
Third place at "Vera Kovac Vitkai", an international competition for aspiring solo singers (2015.);
First place at "Mita Topalovic", a competition for young talents in Pancevo (2015.);
Second place at "Bruna Spiler", an international competition for solo singers in Montenegro (2016.);
Second place at "Lav Mirski", an international competition for solo singers in Croatia (2016.);
He also participated in the duo 'Bianco Nero' with Jelena Jerkovic (piano) and they won second place in the Republic Competition of Ballet and Music Schools of Serbia in Belgrade (2016.)

During his second year in "Josif Marinkovic", Vladimir participated in:
"Vera Kovac Vitkai", again, and won second place (2016.);
"Nikola Cvejic", an international competition in Ruma, and won third place (2016.);
"Lazar Jovanovic", an international competition in Belgrade, and won second place (2016.);
"Mita Topalovic", again, and won second place (2016.);
At the Republic Competition of Ballet and Music Schools of Serbia in Belgrade, as a solo singer he won first place, and in the trio 'Bianco Nero' with Danijela Kondic (soprano) and Jelena Jerkovic (piano) he won first place (2017.);
"Lav Mirski", again, and won second place as a solo singer, and first place with 'Bianco Nero'. (2017.);

During his third (and current) year in "Josif Marinkovic", during the first half of the school year, Vladimir has participated in:
"Vera Kovac Vitkai", again, where he won first place (2017.);
"Sabin V. Drăgoi", an international competition for solo singers in Timisoara, Romania, where he was laureate and participated in the Gala Concert, held in the Museum of Art in Timisoara (2017.);
"Mita Topalovic", again, where he won first place (2017.)

Extra curricular activities:
Vladimir participates in many activities outside of school, and has shown great adapting skills when working with professors he'd just met. For example:
He participated in Djordje Nesic's (opera pianist) opera masterclass as a passive member in 2016, and as an active member in 2017, when he sang the main role (Riff) from "West Side Story, Tonight", and has applied for enrollment in December again this year;
Alongside his part in Nesic's masterclass, he is also a member of Jasmina Trumbetas' (Belgrade opera's primadona) masterclass;
and he participated in "Opera for Beginners", a masterclass for aspiring solo singers, held by Tadija Miletic (opera director, dramaturge) in Belgrade.

Vladimir also has experience singing in choirs, as he has been a member of the Kikinda Singing Society "Kornelije Stankovic" (conductor Eva Francuski-Aranjos), the mixed choir "Prebodobni Rafailo Banatski" (conductor Senka Milisavljevic) in Zrenjanin, and the youth choir of the music school "Josif Marinkovic" (conductor Zorica Kozlovacki).
