Amelle Parys


Amelle Parys was born in 1993 in the suburbs of Paris. At the age of 5, she started playing the piano and composing, subsequently she took theory lessons. Since that time, she has been fascinated by the opera.

As a fourteen-years-old girl, she started studying voice while attending the Music High School “Jean de la Fontaine” in Paris. After having completed an internship in the artistic and musical direction of the Pasdeloup Orchestra,Amelle went on studying piano at the“Pôle Supérieur d’Aubervilliers”. In several masterclasses, she got the opportunity to work with masters, such as Jean-Pierre Blivet (teacher of Nathalie Dessay), Christian Segaricci and the soprano singer Sylvie Valayre, who have been working with her on operatic roles of spinto soprano.

Amelle Parys has been frequently invited to numerous concerts and festivals. In 2017, she performed at Nice Festival „C’est pas classique“, under the baton of Christian Segarrici.

As a finalist of several international vocal competitions, she won first prize at the International Ljuba Welitsch Singing Competition in Vienna, Austria.

Amelle Parys lives in Vienna.
