Native of Poland, Anna Emanuela Politalska began her musical education on the violin before She studied singing at the J. Elsner Music High School. As one of the best students, she sung her diploma in the studio of the Polish Radio 2 in Warsaw (Poland). She performed C.W. Gluck’s Euridice’s air from the opera “Orfeo et Euridice” and G. Puccini’s Mimi air from the opera “La Bohème”, conducted by Piotr Wajrak. In 2006, she graduated from the I. J. Paderewski Music Academy in Poznań
(Poland). As a student yet, she participated in the following performances: W.A. Mozart’s “Die
Zauberflöte” (Pamina), W.A. Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” (Donna Anna), W.A. Mozart’s “Le nozze di Figaro” (Countess) and in oratorio performances. She also sung the J. Zeidler “Vesperae” project, conducted by B. Jarmołowicz. As début, she performed in W.A. Mozart’s “Die Schuldigkeit des Ersten Gebots” (role: Weltgeist, stage manager: R. Peryt, conductor: M. Sompoliński). She also participated in master classes lead by the following professors: H. Łazarska, P. Kusiewicz, R.Karczykowski, J. Rappe, J. Niziołek, J. Nesterenko and L. Spitzer. She successfully took part in several competitions: H. Halska Contest in Wrocław, Poland, 2003 (Remarkable Interpretation Prize); K.Kurpiński National Contest in Włoszakowice, Poland, 2002 (3rd Prize), F. Platówna Contest in Wrocław, Poland, 2000 (3rd Prize). Since 2006, she has been listed at the E. Seitter Agency in Vienna and since 2007, she is a member of the Polish Musicians Artist Association. She has also sung a variety of recital programmes in Poland, where she was sponsored by the largest Polish bank (PKO BP), SSE, Warsaw City Council. Furthermore, she has performed at many festivals; amongst others at the International Bach Festival in Poland, where she performed J.S. Bach’s “Quia respexit” air from “Magnificat" and pieces of M. Zieleński’s Messe. In her repertoire, she has many songs and arias from a variety of composers, as well as oratorios and operas.
