Branislava Brinic

I was born on August 28, 1986, in Kotor, Montenegro. In this town I finished both the elementary and the high music school, the piano department. In the same time, I was also attending two grades of the solo singing. In 2005, I entered the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, the piano department, in the class od Dubravka Jovicic. I was graduated in 2009. During the period of my education, I have been actively participating in many competitions and festivals on federal and republican level in disciplines piano, chorus, solo singing. I earned many awards, mostly in the piano discipline: the third award at the Festival of Young musicians of Montenegro, 1999;the third award at the Festival of Young musicians of Montenegro 2001; the second award at the Republican competition in the solo singing discipline 2003; the third award at the Promenade of music talents of Serbia and Montenegro, the piano discipline, 2005; the third award at the Republican competition in the piano discipline, 2005.
I also participated in many seminars and master classes, like the piano master course of the cycle "Music workshop" led by professor Jokut Mihajlovic at the Institute "Kolarac" 2005, attended master classes and concerts in the class of Ratimir Martinovic as part of festival "Kotor Art" in organisation of EPTA, and also master classes of the pianists Valentin Surif and Karin Lechner at "Kotor Art", with a noticed succes (2007).
I also participated in numerous concerts organized by the Academy of Arts in Belgrade (at the Students' Cultural Center), performed as a repetiteur in a chamber group in my own organization, and also participated in the project "Meet composers" (Chopin, Debussy) as a solo pianist.
Since 2010 I have been working as a professor of piano at the Music school "Kosta Manojlovic" in Smedevo, and I have been realizing numerous performances with my pupils.
In 2011 I continued my vocal education and began studying solo singing at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade in the class of Olivera Grujic Slavic. As a solo singer, I had performances at concerts at the Army Hall ("Evening of Opera voices") 2013, at concerts of singers at the Music school "Kosta Manojlovic" in Smedevo 2013, at concerts of professors at the same school in 2014 as a solo singer and pianist. I had also performances as a singer at the Centar of Arts "Guarnerius" in Belgrade, at concerts for graduated students. I also participated in the competition "Serbian solo song" in Mladenovac (2013) and in the International competition "Lazar Jovanovic" in Belgrade (2013 and 2014). At this moment, I am studying the fourth year of solo singing at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade.
